These drop in events are held every Friday evening at the Salisbury Centre from 6-8pm. They begin with and audio discourse where you can sit/lie down in a cosy space and come down from the working day, then an osho active meditation to get you ready for the weekend. Click here to view meditations.

Weekly biodanza classes are held every Tuesday evening from 7:15pm to 9:30pm at the South Bridge Resource Centre, Infirmary Street, Edinburgh.
