The AUM Meditation is based on the understanding that in order to be silent, the western mind first needs to get rid of tension and stress. It is divided in twelve stages that allow you to experiment all shades of your emotional life - from anger to love, sexuality, sadness and laughter - to fully express these emotions in a safe and protected environment allowing for a deep intimacy and silence
The aim of the AUM Meditation is to consciously transform stress and negative emotions into positive creative energy,and to create personal well being and peace through a social process of Awareness, Understanding and Meditation.
