The Osho Jagarity Team
Jivan Kavyo.

"Who am I?" is the classical inquiry question. It leads one to discover what is our nature, not simply the name, actions, personality, opinions and identity that has been imposed from outside but a shining expression of the source within.

Jivan is co-ordinator of the Osho Jagarity Meditation centre in Edinburgh and has been running Osho Active Meditations in Edinburgh for 10 years. In 2006 he completed the AUM marathon and the training to run AUM meditations. These are now starting once a month in Edinburgh. He is a sannyasin of Osho, who is gateway for the world of Sufi, Zen, Advita, Tantra and much much more...

Jivan sees the uses of therapy as a clearing before meditation so dance and full expression of being alive is used to draw us into a fulfilled, authentic taste of silence. He also manages a successful web-design company - www.enlighteneddesigns.co.uk

Prem Vashanti.

Silence and aliveness, self worth and courage, alonesss without loneliness. suffering and accepting, awareness and freedom and one day the end of suffering. Osho's meditations are for me a dance with Osho and a dance of surrender, meditaiton by meditation, step by step, into joy and love. Osho's meditations and words have made me a happier, healthier, more expressive person.

I look forward to every moment I become more alive, more true, and walk into my own skin and am grateful to Osho for his effort, his love and his guidance as I take this journey into the self. I recommend his meditations to everyone, they are easy, they work and they have a taste of the old and the new. They are perfect for us and perfect for our time.

Sahajo Southey.

For me Osho's meditations allow me to 100% be who I am at that moment - sometimes its joyful, energetic, happy, the best feeling in the world and other times there is discomfort, restriction, avoidance. The meditations Osho has created have a guiding and nurturing essence to them and with that there is a deep knowing that all is better expressed and felt than not; and nothing is more constant than change.

The meditations truly enable me to stay out of the 'rat race' and help me focus and remain present during my 'day job' which is using the Bowen Technique to treat people and Equine Muscle Release Therapy (EMRT) for the horses.
